1. Registration
J-Chart integrates with data feeds of several renowned data providers and professional brokerage firms (trading platforms) and is
therefore available in different service versions (see below No. 2). In order to use J-Chart, please go to the
Registration Area and register for your desired J-Chart (data feed) version.
You will receive an auto-response confirming your selected User ID and Password. Should you not receive any response within
60 minutes, please contact our support staff at service@j-chart.com.
Note: Use your User ID and password to view and change
your profile.

2. J-Chart Versions (Data Providers)
When registering for the J-Chart service, you can choose among several data providers. Each J-Chart (data feed)
version has its specific technical features. Furthermore, you either need to be an existing client of or must have an established
and funded trading account with one of our partners which will allow you to retrieve and utilize the live data from them.
Note: If you are not an existing client or do not have a trading account set up with one of
our partners listed below, you will not be able to use the respective J-Chart version for live trading (except ATMOL/Regular version).

J-Chart/eSignal's data feed is powered by our partner
eSignal. Thus utilizing eSignal's streaming data feed, intraday history data
(backfilling) as well as historical data.
J-Chart/eSignal allows you to access eSignal's historical
database and download up to 60 previous days. The data will be locally stored on your PC's
hard disk. This way, you are able to build up your own "historical data base" for medium- and long-term analysis. Due to
the given technical integration structure, there are some version specific features that you should be aware of.

3. Service Term
You can choose any service term between 1 to 12 months in monthly units. Be aware, that the service will not be renewed
automatically upon the expiration date and is absolutely non-refundable.
Note: As an existing client you can renew your service
period in the Registration Area.
4. Payment
Your J-Chart user account will be activated after we have received your payment. With PayPal® (an eBay® company) we offer you a secure,
convenient and fast credit card payment system. Your account will be activated right after the payment process is finished — you receive
an auto-response and can start using J-Chart immediately. The next day will be counted as the official starting date of your service period.

5. Additional Symbols
You can register for additional symbols at any time during the service period of your user account. The service period of the
additional product(s) is determined by the service period your user account. As a result, the service period of additional
products ends on the same day as the main account. The commitment period concerning additional products is concordant with the
remaining service period and absolutely non-refundable. The official service period of the additional product(s) starts with
the next day after registration. Due to organizational and procedural issues, the fee is calculated in whole monthly units.
For example, even if the effective using period would be 2½ months, a 3-months service fee would be charged.
Note: As an existing client you can select additional
symbols in the Registration Area.
